We offer a 45-60 minute in-studio photoshoot that includes 2-3 outfit changes to showcase different looks. During the session, we’ll capture a variety of shots, including headshots, half-body, and full-body images. Each package also includes professional-grade prints (quantity depending on the selected package) from a high-quality lab, ensuring that your photos are presented beautifully. Additionally, you’ll receive web-resolution digital images, perfect for sharing on social media.
We will carefully select the best images from the shoot, ensuring you have a collection that highlights your best features and looks. Our sessions are designed to give you a diverse range of stunning photos, all captured with attention to detail and professionalism.

STYLES
I’ll provide you with a personalized clothing list based on the concept and style of your child's shoot. Depending on your needs, this list will help guide your outfit choices, ensuring your little one looks beautiful and feels confident in front of the camera. We suggest bringing 2-3 outfit changes to showcase different looks and styles.

THE SESSION
For your photoshoot session, you'll arrive at our studio in Toronto with your selected outfits, ready to capture stunning images. The session will last 45-60 minutes, during which we’ll focus on creating a variety of looks, including headshots, half-body, and full-body shots. If you'd like to enhance your child's experience, a professional Hair and Makeup Artist (HMUA) can be added to your session, ensuring you’re picture-perfect and ready to shine.

THE REVEAL
Within 2 weeks, we’ll send you a link to your online gallery to download your web resolution images. After your session, we’ll carefully select the best images to showcase your unique style and personality. Within 2 weeks, we’ll send you a link to download your web-resolution images, perfect for sharing on social media. In addition to your digital images, we’ll deliver high-quality prints (depending on your selected package) directly to you, ensuring that your photos are presented in the best possible way.

How much are Children and Family Portrait Sessions cost?The price for family portraits varies depending on the session type, location, and any additional services you may require. I offer a range of packages to suit different needs, starting at $425+HST. Personalized Session Planning: Whether it’s a relaxed outdoor shoot or a timeless studio session, we’ll guide you through the process, offering recommendations for the best locations, outfits, and poses. Hair and Makeup Artist (HMUA) services can be added for an additional cost, ensuring you look and feel your best for the shoot. The Photoshoot Itself: A fun, relaxed session where we’ll capture your family’s connection and natural moments, with guidance and direction to ensure everyone feels comfortable. A Private Online Gallery: You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can select the high-resolution images you'd like to have professionally edited. Post-Session Editing: We’ll carefully edit your images to enhance color, lighting, and details, ensuring the final result is beautiful and polished. Image Gallery: You’ll receive an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution images. Just reach out to me via email or my website contact form to check availability and discuss the details of your session. Once we’ve confirmed a date and location, I’ll send you an invoice for the final payment, which is due upfront to secure your booking. After that, we’ll finalize your session details, and I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way!

When should we schedule our Family Photo Session with Bright Photo Art?We offer both outdoor and in-studio photoshoots from June to October. From November to May, we focus exclusively on in-studio sessions. For outdoor shoots, early mornings and evenings are the best times, as the natural light is softer and more flattering. For studio sessions, daytime is ideal to make the most of the natural lighting.

Where do the Family Photo Sessions take place?The location of your photoshoot plays a huge role in setting the mood and vibe of your images. We offer many beautiful location options: one of five studio setups for timeless portraits, Toronto’s stunning parks for natural, vibrant backdrops, and nearby sandy beaches for a relaxed, playful atmosphere - plus, we can even combine both studio and outdoor settings for a diverse and dynamic session. Each location is carefully selected to match your family’s style and create meaningful, memorable images.

Can you assist with selecting locations, outfits, and poses for our Family Photoshoot?Absolutely! I’m here to assist you every step of the way. We can discuss the best location based on your preferences and the style of your shoot. I’ll also help with selecting outfits that complement the setting and your family’s unique vibe, and I’ll guide you through poses to ensure you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

How many family members can be at the Photoshoot?Our regular family photography session is designed for up to 5 family members. If you're looking to include your extended family, please choose extended family package.

Do you provide digital photo files?Yes, all of my packages include a set number of digital photo files. You’ll receive high-resolution images through a private online gallery, where you can download your selected photos.

Do you have any physical items available, like albums or prints?Absolutely! We offer a range of high-quality heirloom products, including custom albums, matted prints, and stunning mounted prints and collections, so you can beautifully display your family memories. We’ll guide you through the selection process to choose the perfect products for your home.

When can I expect to receive my images?Your images will be ready approximately two weeks after the session. If you’ve ordered prints or additional products, it may take a bit longer to process.

When is the final payment due?The final payment for your session is due upfront at the time of booking. This helps keep everything simple and stress-free, so we can focus on enjoying the shoot without any distractions. You can make your payment via bank transfer or through PayPal.

Are pets allowed?Yes, pets are welcome to join the session for an additional fee of $50 + HST.

Do I neen to bring anything to the Family Photoshoot?The outfits that we discussed. Snacks and water for your children! It’s always a good idea to have something on hand to keep them comfortable and happy throughout the session. If you have any personal items or props that you’d like to include, feel free to bring those along!

What if any of us is unwell?Your health and comfort are the top priority. If one of you is feeling unwell, has a runny nose, or is coughing, please inform me within 36 hours of your session so we can arrange to reschedule. As I work closely with children and families, it’s important for me to take extra precautions to protect the health and safety of all my clients.

What if it rains?If it rains on the day of your outdoor session, we’ll work together to reschedule at no extra cost. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my priority!

Do you share our images anywhere else?As a photographer, it’s important for me to showcase my work so that other families can see the quality and style of my sessions. To help with this, I occasionally share select images from my shoots on my website and business social media pages. However, if you ever see an image that you’re not comfortable with being shared, please let me know, and I would always remove this for you with no issues at all. If you prefer that none of your images appear online at all, that’s absolutely fine too — just let me know. I respect your privacy, and I will never share your images without your consent.
